Bachelor Party at The Oak Cellar

The planning process for the event was excellent.  The team that worked with me could not have been more helpful and they were always quick about getting back in touch with me about details.  Could not recommend EDBM enough.  Made the planning process a million times easier.

The bar and the room worked out very well for the bachelor party.  The craps table was a huge hit with the guys.  And obviously no one complained about the evening’s entertainment.  I thought the food was good and the open bar was enjoyed by all.

If I was ever planning another party in NYC, I would contact the EDBM team without hesitation.  Thank you for knocking it out of the park!

Once again I would like to thank the Eat, Drink & Be Merry team for your outstanding assistance, professionalism, and all around super star of a team!!!! The event was absolutely flawless and was wonderful from start to finish!! It is always such a joy working with you ladies and I can’t imagine working with anyone else to plan my events!  Your staff  is consistently courteous, accomodating and does whateever they can to make myself and my guests sit back and enjoy!  Courtney and Blake were absolute rock stars and my husband couldnt have bad a better surprise 30th birthday party at a more perfect venue.

I look forward to  continuing our relationship and here’s to planning more events with you!!!

I actually may have a launch party I would like to do for a small start up I am working on so let me know if there are any other ways we can even further our relationship.

Graduation Party at The Oak Cellar

To the entire EDBM Team, 

THANK YOU! Every aspect of the party was total success. The food was delicious and presented very nicely with all the accompanying dips and sauces. The room and staff were excellent and all my guests went out of their way to congratulate me on throwing such a great party. We had people from age 21-65 there and everyone enjoyed themselves thoroughly. Everything you all spoke about was as advertised, and planned perfectly. I will definitely throw another happy hour party at one of your bars again.

Surprise 28th Birthday Party at The Oak Cellar

It was excellent!

Everyone had SUCH an amazing time.  The staff could not have been nicer.  Everyone introduced themselves to me / us.  We never had a problem getting the staff’s attention (usually, they were on top of it before we could even order). Truly a fantastic experience.  I have been raving about to others and will absolutely use E.D.B.M in the future.

25th Birthday Party at The Oak Cellar

I am so impressed by how easy the party planning process was! I worked primarily through Kate and Christine, who provided the information I was looking for in a timely manner, whether I called or emailed, at every stage of the process. Their thorough presentation of information and answers to all of the questions I had assured me that the party planning was well organized. It was also nice to get a call from a staff member at Jake’s Dilemma a few days in advance of the party, so I knew the two teams had coordinated as necessary.

The event itself was flawless. I was thrilled with the signs directing guests downstairs. I appreciated the waiting coat rack, and was very satisfied with the bar tending service. The two bartenders introduced themselves right away and were very accommodating. My guests certainly did not go thirsty!

Job well done! I will happily recommend your services to friends, and would certainly work with you again in the future.

The bartender Courtney was especially nice and really went out of her way to make sure we were having a good time! The Oak Cellar was perfect for me and my friends. The event was a blast.  Everybody in the FF league was psyched with how it went and it went as expected / smooth sailing.  Honestly, not a lot of “constructive feedback” because we were many games of beer pong, flip cup and general consumption in… you made a group of 10 happy, many of whom don’t get a lot of day time “nights out” anymore.   See you next year, though there was a petition for Las Vegas!

Dear Niki,

I just want to thank you SO much for your help with planning the party on Saturday. It was perfect. Molly was amazing – the room was the perfect size – the drinks were flowing and the food kept coming. Truly, it was a great party. Joe had a wonderful night and we had a great crowd that had a fabulous time.

The party was definitely a success! The planning went as smoothly as I could hope and you’re team was pleasure to work with. The separate room at Jake’s hands down made the party.  We were able to play our own music, dance around, anddd have beer pong, what more could you ask for!

80’s Party at The Oak Cellar

This was, I think, my 4th event with you guys, and by far the best, not to say that the others were not good.

The room was great, the bartender was amazing, the bar back was amazing, the door man was amazing, the sound system was amazing.

We had an awesome time.

Your team was so helpful and considerate when it came to rescheduling due to unfortunate circumstances with my co-host and his family, and we are very appreciative of that.

I am already looking forward to planning my next party with you guys!!

In terms of the planning, your team was tremendously helpful and I feel like I did not have to do any real work. You were on top of everything and had the patience to remind me what needed to be done. It was always pleasant working with each and every one of you.

Everyone at Jake’s Dilemma was also fabulous. The service at the bar was great and they thought of everything- even plates and utensils for the cake we brought in. They were friendly and gracious. When the party ended everyone wanted more!
