40th Birthday Party in The Havana Room

Thanks you so much - my husband’s 40th surprise party was so great on Saturday night. The Havana Room was the perfect size for us and not a thing went wrong! Our party manager, Meghan, was so attentive as were our waitress and bartender! They were really invested in our having a good time and everyone being comfortable. They helped out with the iPod playing and were great at making sure the cake was served on time! The guests were impressed by the location and the private attention.

I would like to thank you all for helping me set up my brother’s bachelor party. Everyone had an amazing time and the whole thing went just as it was planned. My Birthday party at Down the Hatch was everything I wished for and so much more. Everything went great from the time I booked the event right up until the last guy was dropped off in the limo. I was very surprised at how efficient everybody was. I received a call from EDBM the night before the event just to go over some protocol. Thirty minutes before dinner was over, the limo escort met me and also went over some guidelines. The help at the bars were very receptive, and our limo driver Ramsys was friendly and warm. It was a great night. I received numerous compliments from my friends the next day. I would highly recommend EDBM to friends.

Everything was awesome. Literally, the only downside that either I or my wife experienced was the fact that the party had to end. The Havana Toom looks better in person than in the pictures, Megan and the rest of the staff were very attentive, the food and service were great, and all your help with my personal budget worked out perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for more.

I’m going to have a very hard time outdoing this party in the future.

Everything went great. I think we more than doubled our guarantee. I didn’t hear any complaints from anyone there so all in all it was a good time. The staff was friendly, the drinks were cheap, and the food was good. Most of us stayed until they closed at 4am. I have a lot of friends that like to have their parties in NY and I will definitetly recommend you to them.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Oak Cellar. The service was excellent and the room was exactly what we wanted. Our bartender was friendly and attentive, the manager was present throughout much of the night to ensure our party’s success, and the food was replenished without asking. Our friends are still talking about the party and I think we may have generated a lot of business for you in the future! We will, without a doubt, use you guys for our next party because our experience was so easy and pleasant.

Further, our representative Kate was really fantastic. She responded quickly to all questions I had and was available throughout the entire process. She was really excellent!
