Post Wedding Party in The Speakeasy

Hello,

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you, with the wedding (and of course honeymoon), it has taken us some time to get around to all of our thank yous.

We were very pleased with all aspects of the party.   The venue was perfect, the food was good, and the drink was plentiful.   We received many compliments from our guests, and a good and memorable time was had by all.

However, the successful party wasn’t just the result of good food and a well-decorated space, it was the service that really made the difference.

The entire staff of Eat, Drink & Be Merry and the Gin Mill deserves some credit, however some people need to personally recognized.

First of all, Niki did an outstanding job organizing the event.  She accommodated our every request (and there were a lot of them) and she assisted us with every step of the planning.   She reviewed our food and drink orders and made sure that we were getting the best deal for our money.

Eric the bartender was on top of things all night.   Service at the bar was fast and friendly, and he even doubled as our “DJ” helping us out with the iPod and sound system.

And finally, Heather, our party planner, made sure everything came together.  She had the room set up exactly as we requested, was attentive throughout the night, and made sure everything went off without a hitch.  She really went the extra mile, literally.  At the end of the night she helped us carry our bags and other belongings back to the hotel room.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Eat, Drink & Be Merry and the party hosted by the Gin Mill (Speakeasy Room).  We would definitely recommend this service to a friend, and will keep them in mind for future parties.

Post-Wedding Party in The Havana Room

Just wanted to say that the party was a hit and my husband and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything!  Not only was the set up of the room perfect, the food was beyond my expectations, and everyone loved it.  In addition the staff was attentive and courteous, I couldn’t have asked for more.  It was the perfect ending to a great day.  And may I add that one of the best parts about having the party at The Havana Room is the fact that The Stumble Inn is adjacent to our party room.  As soon as our party was done we were able to keep the party going at The Stumble Inn.  Once more I would like to thank the Eat, Drink & Be Merry family for helping me throw the best party and for having such a professional and wonderful staff!

Wedding Reception at The Havana Room

I am happily writing this email to you. As you know, we held our wedding at the Havana Room and everything was wonderful. Reggie did an amazing job attending to every detail, especially things we didn’t think of; the bartender (I forgot her name) kept everyone happy; Ray made sure everyone knew where to go and answered questions. The food was delicious and a good time was had by all. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. It was fabulous, and I will highly recommend Eat, Drink, and Be Merry to anyone who needs a party space.
