I was going to contact you guys on my own to tell you how pleased I was!  I was impressed with the level of service provided and will most definitely recommend your organization to friends looking to throw a party.  I also want to comment on the woman helping at the event, Heather.  She did a fantastic job.  Everything went well, thanks for everything!

Birthday Party @ Off the Wagon

I actually have been meaning to contact you all about the party and how excellent it all was. The purchase of the bracelets, bar access, drink service, music, etc was all fantastic- Kevin was very happy- but the real reason I am appreciative is that we had a disabled friend with us who was SO incredibly accommodated by the bar staff. They found her a stool immediately when she arrived, coordinated having her stool carried when she went upstairs, and cleared the way for her when she had to use the washroom/leave/etc. They really need to be commended on their high level of service and attentiveness. I cannot say enough positive about that aspect of it.

All in all I say A+. Thank you for your assistance.

The only other question we had was if we made the 15 person minimum for the refund- I know it was probably close.

Surprise 30th Birthday Party @ The 13th Step

I just wanted to thank you for helping us throw a wonderful surprise party for our friend this past Friday at the 13th Step.  Everything went absolutely perfectly and we really benefited from your suggestions and helpful advice.  Carrie (the party manager) was also instrumental in helping us carry out the surprise.  Our friend was shocked as planned and all the guests had a great time.

Thanks again for being so accommodating and responsive throughout the whole process.  I will definitely recommend Eat Drink & Be Merry to people in the future!

I never imagined throwing a surprise party would be so easy…and it was thanks to you.  There are no recommendations that I could give you for improvement.  The planning process was simple and stress-less, and each of you have been so friendly and welcoming.

Surprise 30th Birthday Party

The event was great!  Everything went off as smooth as possible for my husband’s 30th surprise birthday party at the Havana Room.  The planning process was so easy – everything was organized beforehand so there was no ‘surprises’ at the event.  The staff was great to work with – especially since I was planning the party from CT.  They were easy to get a hold of and ask questions about menu items, parking, room set up, even where I could get helium balloons.  No question was too silly.  The food was very good as well!  Having worked with other caterers in the past – I never expect stellar food, but I was pleasantly surprised that the food was very good.  All the guests were saying it was great.  I also had vegans at the party – and there diet restrictions were accommodated.  I have absolutely no complaints with my event – from the planning process to the event.  The cost was incredibly reasonable as well.  We had tons of food and open bar for a very affordable price!!!!  I will definitely refer people and use Eat, Drink & Be Merry again!

Surprise 25th Birthday Party at The Living Room

I just wanted to thank you so much for all of your help in planning my boyfriend’s surprise party on Saturday night.  Everything went so well- he was totally surprised and had a great time!  So many of the guests told me how great the thought the room and the service was, and I can’t thank you enough for everything!

On our way out Mike and I were looking for the cocktail waitress that served drinks during the party because he wanted to tip her- I asked a bartender or waitress where she was and she said she left already, but that she would leave the money for our cocktail waitress.  I just wanted to make sure that she received the money

The party went great.  I received a a call in the morning to confirm or go over any last minute details which was nice.  At the actual party, the waitress was extremely attentive and friendly.  I would definitely recommend this to others!

The party was great.  Heather was an excellent host and very attentive, as was the the entire staff.  We did have a party crasher, so it was actually a good thing that security is provided,as  we needed his help in getting her out of the room!  All of the guests have told me what a great time they had and complimented the food.

Surprise Party in The Havana Room

Everything went great.  All my guests had a lot of fun and my boyfriend was genuinely surprised.  Everyone complimented how nice the venue was and the food was really good too.  We had a mixed crowd of different ages so it was great that everyone liked the place regardless of age.  I thought the price was very reasonable – I researched a lot before booking and I thought that this was the most reasonably priced venue I found to host my party and it was really a much nicer set-up than a lot of pricier places I looked at.  It was especially nice having a truly private room with it’s own entrance.  Everyone at Eat, Drink & Be Merry was very helpful in making suggestions and answering all my questions.
