Thank you so much for all your help with Harry’s party – we all had a blast, and I’m still hearing from guests what a fantastic party it was. The advice on setting up the mats and the coloring table for the kids was spot on, and the adults had a great time as well. Everyone was super helpful, both in the planning stages and at the party itself.

1st Birthday Party in The East Wing

Everything was great!!! The space, the staff, the food – it was all perfect and the entire process was very simple and seamless. Niki stayed on top of me (in a non-annoying way) to make sure that the food got ordered and all special requests were taken care of. I would definitely use your group and the space again!

We underestimated (by a lot) what the open bar tab would be, so maybe a bit more guidance on this sort of thing would be good but aside from that we were delighted!!!

Children’s Birthday Party in The East Wing

I have been meaning to call. The party was perfect! Everyone was so helpful and not one thing went wrong. All our guests had a great time and LOVED the food!

Thank you so much for everything, if we throw another party we would definitely call upon you again.

I also appreciate that re bulbs were changed in the lights, it made a huge difference especially with the little kids!

2nd Birthday Party in The Havana Room

Thanks!  The party was great.  We had a wonderful time and so did our guests.

The planning process was good.  I like that I receive an email confirming that the contract has been processed.  The food was all good and we probably should have ordered a little bit more, but it was ok.  The brownie bites were yummy and great warmed up, but tasted like they might have been undercooked (unless it was supposed to be a soft chocolate in the middle type thing, but it was hard to tell).  Everyone was great to work with and responsive.  It seemed a bit silly to have to re-sign the contract each change and adding the food – an email is binding and could/should be sufficient.  The people working the party were efficient and helpful.  We were very happy with the experience we had and will definitely be considering this location for a future party.  Thank you for helping us have a wonderful 2nd Birthday for our daughter.

First Birthday in The Havana Room

The planning process was very easy. Christine, Kate, Nikki and Courtney were all very helpful and made me feel like everything was taken care. The reminder process about food was also extremely helpful. The on site staff were very helpful. They were inconspicuous yet I was able to find them whenever I needed everything. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process.

I wanted to thank you and your staff for the wonderful job you did for Greg’s party. Greg absolutely loved The Oak Cellar and he had a great time (as did everyone else). The service, food and drinks were great.

12th Birthday Party in the Havana Room

Hi All,

The party on Sunday went very well.  Julie was excellent – very helpful, very responsive, very personable,  And the rest of the restaurant personnel was also.  The food was perfect for the kids.  They devoured it.  The DJ wasn’t too loud for the space and the kids really enjoyed him.  You might consider that company if you need additional DJs.  They are called SoundExplosion.

One funny story…..  Because the kids were going outside more than what was comfortable for me and Julie, she put a “large person” at the door to stop the kids from roaming outside.  It somehow got around to the kids in her class that this person was my daughter’s bodyguard.  We had good laugh and my daughter felt very special.

Baby’s Christening at the Havana Room

Hello girls! Thank you for everything. We had a wonderful party for our baby Timothy’s christening. Everything was so nice & the food was delicious! Courtney was a doll-so helpful & on top of everything. Zach was also wonderful-great bartender. We would love to have another party there again in the future-only next time we wouldn’t order so much food-we  had so much left over! Thanks again!

I apologize for not writing sooner!

The party was FABULOUS!!!  Everything went so smoothly.  Rachel was fantastic; she kept everything under control, made sure there was plenty of food, found spaces for all the folding strollers and coats, and most importantly allowed my husband and I to relax and enjoy the day.  Because everything went so well, we were able to spend time with our guests and enjoy watching our daughter dance and play with her friends.  You only turn one once, and because of your fantastic staff, both behind the scenes and in front, this was a celebration we’ll never forget.

We will be sure to recommend your services to any and all of our friends.
