Thanks.  My sister had a great time at the open bar portion of her bachelorette party.  Noel was really nice; she called me the day before to introduce herself and see if I had any questions.  And the night of she was attentive and we didn’t really ever have to wait at the bar to order drinks, Noel took care of us right away.  Thank you so much!

The party was great, thanks so much for helping… the drink deal was wonderful and almost 30 people came out to celebrate.  My friends said it was the least expensive and most fun night in Manhattan they have had in a while!  The bouncers were very friendly (very unusual to find) and the bartenders were great as well.  I would love to celebrate more birthdays with your company!

We had well over 30 people come and go throughout the night and they all told us what a great time they had.  The open bar was a great great deal for the 3 hours, and it was awesome that the DJ played lots of 80s hits that went with our theme

21st Birthday Party at Down the Hatch

Hello, The party was EXCELLENT!  

It was for my brother’s 21st bday, and we couldn’t have asked for better service.  As someone who has been to Down The Hatch a LOT, and have become very friendly with much of the staff (Owen, Tom etc), I have to say that Matt and Noel were some of the best.  They were VERY attentive, and they definetely made everyone in our group feel like VIP. They treated everyone in our group equally, whether they had a wristband or not.  I could not have asked for better service, and will be asking for them personally the next time we do a private party.  Thanks for following up, and please be sure to let the higher ups know what a great job those two did.

Hey! The party went off without a hitch! Everyone at the door was super friendly and knew exactly what was going on. Being in Philadelphia and not having been to the bar or an Eat, Drink, and Be Merry event before, I was so relieved! The bartenders were very attentive and friendly, and best of all, our waitress, Melissa, was so accommodating and fun! We had such a great time! If I ever need to plan another event in NYC, you guys will be the first people I’ll call.

Birthday Party at Down The Hatch

Everything went great.  I think we more than doubled our guarantee.  I didn’t hear any complaints from anyone there so all in all it was a good time.  The staff was friendly, the drinks were cheap, and the food was good.  Most of us stayed until they closed at 4am.  I have a lot of friends that like to have their parties in NY and I will definitetly recommend you to them.

Hi there, We had a BLAST! Great service, lots of food and a wonderful time had by all! We really appreciate you working with us and catering to our needs. You were all so quick and courteous. We kicked ass in Beer Pong!!! Only negative, we had to tear ourselves away from the mounds of Atomic wings that were left over. It was sincerely hard to part with them. Might we suggest enormous plastic doggie bags for the party to bring home the leftovers? They were just too delicious to have them thrown away! =) That said, couldn’t have asked for anything more and we will certainly book with Eat, Drink, and Be Merry again! Thanks so much again, Theresa & Rick
