Last Day of Work Party at the Oak Cellar

Booking the party was very easy.  Kate and Nikki were both very helpful.  The party itself went smoothly.  Appetizers were good, drinks were good.  It would be cool if shots were included in the package but all in all, everybody had a great time.  I would definitely consider having another party with you guys!  thanks!!

Corporate Challenge in The Oak Cellar

Dear Christine, Kate, Ali, and Niki,

2009 marks the third consecutive year my company has participated in the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge, but this was the first year I was coordinating the entire event. I wanted to take the opportunity to stand out and put together a great event. When we arrived to the venue, we encountered a stuffy, crowded bar filled with race participants. It was hard to move or hear one another. Luckily, I had reserved a private room from Eat, Drink, & Be Merry! Everyone was blown away at the private space we had for our event—great food, an attentive bartender, and plenty of space to chat and hang out. I received many compliments for putting together “the best corporate challenge” yet. Thank you for everything. I look forward to working with you all next year!

After Softball Party in The Speakeasy

 I just realized I hadn’t responded to this email. We had a very, VERY, positive experience with the event that you put on for us at Gin Mill.  Everything ran smoothly, which began and ended with your staff.  The on site supervisor was extremely kind, willing to help and adapt to any request that we had. The Gin Mill staff, particularly the bartender, was very nice as well, interested in our well being and he seemed to really want us to have a good time.  I received numerous emails from co-workers saying how much fun they had.  I even got an email from a VP of another division at Fox, wishing to have her group involved in the next event.  I think the only minor discrepancy we had with the night was that some people wanted to pay just for the all you can drink, rather than the all you can drink and eat.  I know that this is almost impossible to police, but if there were some way to do so, I think it would be a big hit.  I think the greatest aspect of the night was being able to play our own music (which inevitably led to several sing along’s). I think this is even something that you may be inclined to market towards potential group outings.  I think it’s a very underrated bonus, I can’t think of many other venues where you are allowed to do this.  It’s surprising how much music can sometimes make or break a night.

 With all this being said, I’m in discussions with co-workers to have another event at the Gin Mill, this time with probably a larger group, hopefully needling towards 50 people.  Do you have availability in late June/July?  Please let me know when you get a chance.  Thanks!

Just wanted to follow up with you on our meeting at the The Gin Mill yesterday.  Everything worked out great. I  just wanted to thank you for setting it up and please thank the staff,  Loren(waitress),  Eleni(bartender), and Eric(manager).  They all were very helpfull and made the meeting run very smooth for the entire day.

Surprise Party at The Speakeasy

The surprise promotion party at The Speakeasy was a great success!! We all had a fantastic time and Laura was truly surprised. Both my coworkers and myself agree that the next party will be at The Speakeasy.

Office Event in The Havana Room

The party was great.  Everything and everyone was perfect…the size of the room, Marlon the DJ, Reggie our Host, and Suzanna (I think)…our bartender.  Everyone with our company had a really fantastic time.  They are still talking about it today…a week later!

Thanks so much for everything.  I’m sure we will be in touch with you for another event!

Casino Party in The Havana Room

The party was a huge success. Casino night at the Havana room was the perfect location and package to meet my needs. From what I was told, “it was the best Holiday Party RES Ops has experienced ever.” It was evident that those present had a wonderful time. They wish it could be more often. Party at The Balcony

Party was perfect! Beer Pong Tables were set up – place was very nice and clean. The manager, door man, and bartender were very professional. Everyone had fun. Perfect view of the tv screens. We will be back numerous times.
