Open Bar at The Stumble Inn

Hi ! I’ve done a lot of open bars for my friends when they come from out of state and this was honestly my best experience. Even before you wrote this email, I was already thinking of writing to you guys. I know I made the process as confusing as possible, but I was still able to get the party in. I responded late to the email on Friday, so I figured your office was closed. I had a bunch of people coming in from CT, so just I decided to call the bar just in case. I explained everything and Jake called right back. So thanks so much again. It was my first time at Stumble Inn and it was so much better than any other open bar, like I said before. So much more room, bouncers were nice, bartenders were on top of their game, busy but were still extremely nice. Definitely  thinking about coming back in December, as per my friends requests. The event was a great success and people had a very good time. Planning process, space, and your staff were terrific. A small item- the food was very good but the hot appetizers soon became room temperature and were not re-heated. But overall people were very pleased, and I would recommend Eat, Drink & be merry. Surprise 30th Birthday Party at The Living Party

The party went great.  I received a a call in the morning to confirm or go over any last minute details which was nice.  At the actual party, the waitress was extremely attentive and friendly.  I would definitely recommend this to others!

Hi,

I meant to email you guys sooner.  My party was such a success at The Havana Room on Oct 10th.   Thank you for everything.  Everyone was so helpful in putting the party together.  My guests had a great time.  The staff was great.  Everyone especially liked Marlin the DJ.

My only suggestion would be to have some sort of coat rack for coats and jackets.  Not sure how that would work given the size of the room.

Again, thank you.  I would definitely recommend you to friends and family.

Surprise 50th Birthday Party in the Speakeasy Room

The party was great.  Heather was an excellent host and very attentive, as was the the entire staff.  We did have a party crasher, so it was actually a good thing that security is provided,as  we needed his help in getting her out of the room!  All of the guests have told me what a great time they had and complimented the food.

12th Birthday Party in the Havana Room

Hi All,

The party on Sunday went very well.  Julie was excellent – very helpful, very responsive, very personable,  And the rest of the restaurant personnel was also.  The food was perfect for the kids.  They devoured it.  The DJ wasn’t too loud for the space and the kids really enjoyed him.  You might consider that company if you need additional DJs.  They are called SoundExplosion.

One funny story…..  Because the kids were going outside more than what was comfortable for me and Julie, she put a “large person” at the door to stop the kids from roaming outside.  It somehow got around to the kids in her class that this person was my daughter’s bodyguard.  We had good laugh and my daughter felt very special.

First of all I just wanted to say thank you so much for setting up such an amazing night. Me and all my friends had a blast, the bartenders were great, the security was friendly, and we all felt so welcome (even when we got really loud). The party was a total success… Everyone didn’t get there til about 830 so the staff allowed us to change the open bar from 8:30 until 11:30 which worked out perfectly.  We had a great night and we will definitely do this again!! Thanks for everything!
