21st Birthday Party at Down the Hatch

Hello, The party was EXCELLENT!  

It was for my brother’s 21st bday, and we couldn’t have asked for better service.  As someone who has been to Down The Hatch a LOT, and have become very friendly with much of the staff (Owen, Tom etc), I have to say that Matt and Noel were some of the best.  They were VERY attentive, and they definetely made everyone in our group feel like VIP. They treated everyone in our group equally, whether they had a wristband or not.  I could not have asked for better service, and will be asking for them personally the next time we do a private party.  Thanks for following up, and please be sure to let the higher ups know what a great job those two did.

Joint Birthday Party at The Havana Room

Everyone had a blast! Everything went smoothly and I really didn’t have to worry about anything.  Rachel, our manager, was awesome.  I think a lot of the people who were there will use you guys in the future.   Also, I have heard through the grapevine that the Beirut was a huge hit. Thanks for everything!!

40th Birthday Party in The Havana Room

What a night!!!!

I want to thank you for making my wife’s party a huge success!!  From the first phone call, to the last guest leaving, you guys did EVERYTHING right! Niki, my party coordinater, took care of details that I never would have thought of.  She was professional and a pleasure to deal with.  She addressed my concerns about outside kosher catering, and kept tabs with me throughout the night with the bar tab.  I felt like a guest, and not just the host, and this let me focus on enjoying the party. The bartender and  passers were so nice too!

The DJ that you recommended (Marlon), went the extra mile to quiz me on the crowd to make sure the music was perfect (and it was!!). I had brought in a DVD slideshow to play on the TV’s around the room,  but for some reason, the slideshow would not automatically ‘repeat’, so between the bartender, and Niki, they kept hitting the ‘play’ button (like every 5 minutes) to keep the DVD going!  Now THAT’S going the extra mile!!! 

The room itself was perfect in size ( I had about 100 people) with room to dance and mingle comfortably.  Everyone commented on how nice the room was and noticed how attentive the staff was.  I would HIGHLY recommend Eat, Drink & Be Merry and look forward for the chance to host another party at another one of your venues.  Thanks again!!!!!!!!

Bachelor Party in The Havana Room

Thank you again for helping us put together such a fun & crazy bachelor party.  All of the guys who came to the Havana Room could not stop talking about what a perfect spot it was for a gathering like this, and how much they would all like to do something similar in the near future for the next big event.  The hostess, bar tender and bouncer were all extremely helpful and everything went exactly according to plan.  The room was spotless despite the fact there was an 80+ person party ending shortly before we arrived.  Also, the food was really good.  I wish we had more time to enjoy it.  ED&BM kept bringing out additonal trays of appetizers which the group all enjoyed.  All in all we had a great time, and will certainly be back for another party there soon.
