Casino Party in The Havana Room

The party was a huge success. Casino night at the Havana room was the perfect location and package to meet my needs. From what I was told, “it was the best Holiday Party RES Ops has experienced ever.” It was evident that those present had a wonderful time. They wish it could be more often. Engagement Party at Down The Hatch

Hi there, We had a BLAST! Great service, lots of food and a wonderful time had by all! We really appreciate you working with us and catering to our needs. You were all so quick and courteous. We kicked ass in Beer Pong!!! Only negative, we had to tear ourselves away from the mounds of Atomic wings that were left over. It was sincerely hard to part with them. Might we suggest enormous plastic doggie bags for the party to bring home the leftovers? They were just too delicious to have them thrown away! =) That said, couldn’t have asked for anything more and we will certainly book with Eat, Drink, and Be Merry again! Thanks so much again, Theresa & Rick

Holiday Party at Off The Wagon

Hey Christine….the party was a good time!  A few guys didn’t show because of the weather, but we still rocked out pretty good.  The food was good and the beer pong was awesome.  Thanks for the help in setting everything up.  Off The Wagon is one of my favorite bars, so I’ll definitely be going back.  Also, the bartender (Yanna?…not sure if i spelled it right) was very friendly and cool with all of us.  The manager Tim was aces!  Really nice guy and bought us all a round on the house.  I would have liked to thank him again before I left but I didn’t get a chance.  Thanks again for a good time and maybe I’ll see ya there….Mike Pennacchio 

Fundraiser at The Speakeasy

Thank you so much for helping with our event last week. All of the alumni LOVED the space! It was perfect for our game party. The room felt full, yet not over crowded. Your staff were also incredible helpful! We look forward to doing another event at the Gin Mill in the future.

Thanks for everything. The party was great. It was well-organized and the bill was exactly what we expected. In fact, we were really pleased with the door service and the bartender was really great (nice enough to stay and serve a few straglers that didn’t seem to want to leave!).I would love to use you guys again for another party. This was the 4th year we’ve had our holiday party at a local bar and this year’s party at The Gin Mill was the best–hands down!Many thanks for everything– we all really enjoyed it. Very best,Lauren
